Service: SEO promotion. Business niche: document translation bureau (foreign languages). Geo: Ukraine. Result: SEO traffic increased 66 times.
Starting point: at the beginning of optimization and promotion the bureau site had low organic search traffic.
Optimization work: we ran a full technical SEO audit. The site was scanned for technical issues that hurt indexing and rankings. The outcome was several task briefs for the site admins, which were gradually implemented.
Template optimization: the site has several page types with their own HTML templates. We optimized each: homepage, services list, service page, clients list, client review, contacts, blog.
Business pages optimization: the key step was SEO-optimizing the service pages. These are the pages that rank in Google when people search for bureau services (e.g. “translation bureau Kyiv”, “birth certificate translation”). We built a semantic set, optimized meta tags, and wrote briefs for service page copy with the right keyword focus.
E-E-A-T: we applied Google E-E-A-T principles (expertise, authoritativeness, trustworthiness). The full set of E-E-A-T improvements significantly boosted rankings and traffic.
Link building: on-site optimization alone was not enough to compete in the translation niche in Kyiv. We set up a link-building plan, mainly permanent editorial links on sites with strong SEO metrics.
Results: after two years of SEO work on the translation bureau site, organic traffic from Google grew 66 times compared to the pre-project level.
Where and how to advertise a translation bureau: clients need speed and quality. For active search, the site should have a page per service type, language list, reviews, price table, and process description. SEO is the long-term play in organic search; paid search is for a fast start. We recommend running both in parallel when possible.
